The Group was previously called The World War 2 Railway Study Group, and from the 2021 AGM has been renamed; The Military Railway Study Group. This will open the interest and discussion to include all eras of Railway use during conflict and their use as a logistic and domestic support. The emphasis will still be WW2 and as recently, WW1, but any subject will be welcome which relates to railway use from The American Civil War to present day. Any articles would be welcome for The Bulletin, or Discussion pages. Contact the Bulletin Editor in the first instance for guidance.
